As a consultant, I've managed international joint ventures and consulted to, organised and represented German companies in outsourcing and managing production of plastics, textiles and metal goods in an unstable Eastern Europe for Western European markets. My consultancy was integral in the development of the transport industry in post communist Poland. I've imported and exported goods within Europe, developed patents and sold distribution and production licenses in Germany and the USA. I've even built distribution networks in Poland. In Australia I trained and managed a finance mortgage brokerage with over 30 consultants statewide. In this time I was actually shocked to confront so many situations where families had incredibly serious financial problems.
