Mastermind Games If You're Having Fun With Ideas, You're Loving Life Mastermind Games is another way of saying that you're having fun developing and exchanging thoughts and ideas within your mastermind group. It's a great way of getting the best out of yourself and out others in your group. Often, when people have ideas and don't act on them straight away, those ideas fizzle out and are lost. Interact with a great thinking mind and that idea can be nurtured into existence. This is why it's important to surround yourself with great minds. What happens, is that, the moment you get two minds that come together, the power and the energy that resonates is increased exponentially so you create a third, bigger and stronger mind that gives energy behind your thoughts. This exchange of ideas can be so playful that I call them mastermind games. Now, the beauty of the mastermind, is that, each person in the group has an equal turn to talk about themselves. In this time, everyone in the group is concentrated squarely on that persons ideas, goals, desires and aspirations. What makes the mastermind so effective is that, although everyone in the group may be like-minded, each and every one will have a different area of expertise. This is why it's so important to choose the right people to join your mastermind. Through this exercise, a simple idea develops and grows and can manifest itself quicker and with greater energy. Each member is given a fixed amount of time in which to discuss their individual ideas. The group goes around the tables giving exactly the same amount of time to each member accordingly. Accountability Important to remember in playing mastermind games is the accountability factor. Every one in the group is accountable for what they say and do. If, you say, that by next week you want to do this, complete that and accomplish the other, you come in the following week and it's not done, then you're made accountable for your failure and the feeling of shame is not so great, you will not want to repeat that again.Being accountable for your actions actually gives you a call to action and you actually get those things done that are necessary for your success. You overcome your fear barriers and you're able to withstand the pain of taking yourself out of your comfort zone in order to achieve those things. Where do You Play? Mastermind games are an important part of your development and should be taken seriously. When choosing a place to play, it's always good to choose someplace that is comfortable and not too distant from everyone.An ideal location could be a restaurant that is centrally located that has a booth where you can sit and not be disturbed and not disturb others. The Mastermind is a regular occurrence. You meet up once a week, at the same time, at the same place. It can be something you look forward to. It could be a restaurant with great food, so that, once a week, you look forward to going there and enjoying your favorite meal.
